When I first received my item the microphone wouldn’t work. I wrote my review indicating just that and the manager of the company sent me an email within the hour! He apologized and sent another microphone out at no charge. In this day and time you don’t get service like that anymore. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone that wants to enjoy karaoke at home, but I would recommend this seller even more.
